  • Development

  • 8 LiFePO4 cells acquired and ready, providing a total of 24V for the robot's power system. This completes the battery pack needed for the new BMS.

  • BMS (Battery Management System) PCB fully assembled with all SMD components soldered. The board includes the main battery management IC, power MOSFETs for cell balancing, USB-C interface for firmware upload, JST connectors for cell monitoring, and copper bus bars for high-current PACK-/BAT- connections. Minor fixes pending for final adjustments.

  • USB HUB arrived for centralized connectivity of the robot's computing and sensor modules.

In progress:

  • Firmware upload testing for the BMS scheduled for this week. This will validate cell balancing logic, overvoltage/undervoltage protection, and communication with the robot's main system.
